We are unable to ship to hotels, PO boxes, FedEx stores, and UPS stores!
Customer comments on their order such as “Please leave on back porch” or “Please leave at front door” can not be accomodated. All carriers require an adult signature.
We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine.
If a package has been returned to us, you will incur additional shipping charges to reship your package.

Kearny Buy Rite does not take back ANY beer returns at all.
In Store Purchases: Returns are accepted up to two weeks from date of purchase with a copy of the receipt. ALL BOTTLES MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION, CANNOT HAVE BEEN CHILLED OR EXPOSED TO HEAT (IN RE-SELLABLE CONDITION) WITH LABELS FULLY INTACT.
Internet Purchase: Returns are determined on a per order basis, please call the store and ask for the internet department to discuss your order. Refunds will be provided for the products only and not for the shipping costs unless it was an error on our part.
